Returns and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for wrong product shipping or quality defective.

You have five (5) days to return an item from the date you received it. 

1) If you found that the product received isn't the same as what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the defected product. 
     b. Contact our customer service and send the photos and or order to us.
     c. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, please return back the parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking. We will bear the postage/courier fee for the returned item.
     d. Once received the returned items, we will send out the exact product to you as soon as possible.

2) If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive it, please don't let the postman leave. 

    a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
    b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
    c. Contact our customer service and send the photos to us.
    d. We will ship out a new parcel as soon as possible.
